Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 26 JUL 2022 meeting were reviewed. Lance Wang moved to approve
the minutes. Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.


AR review:
 - (done) Randy presented the parser development contract for approval in the 
   open forum by email.
 - (done) Weston found that the free version of HyperLynx Visual IBIS Editor is 
   no longer available as a separate, free download.
   
New ARs:
 - None


NEW ITEMS:
 The parser contract quote from Atul is $1500 with delivery by mid September. 
 Bob changed the actual contract to state delivery by 30 September.
 Bob asked if we should consider the contract approved. Randy replied that all 
 the members who voted on the contract voted yes, so we can consider the 
 contract approved by the members.
 
 The TouchStone parser bug5 fix is still on hold. 
 
 Weston led the continuing quality checklist discussion. Today the group 
 discussed the specification requirements around the [Pin Mapping] keyword. This 
 keyword is optional in the specification, but it is required for quality 
 power-aware simulations. The group discussed how the bus labels and signal 
 names and merged pins interact. Since most of this syntax is defined in the 
 specification, the parser probably already checks the interaction. At this 
 point, the only item to add to the quality checklist is that the [Pin Mapping] 
 section must be included in the file for level 4 (power-aware) quality.
